Start times by grade level:

• 6th grade families: Begin at 6:00 PM in the gym for a welcome and orientation with the 6th Grade Level Team, followed by classroom visits at 6:35 PM.
• 7th and 8th grade families: Your start time is 6:35 PM for classroom visits. The earlier 6:00 PM orientation is for 6th grade families only.

Please plan ahead for parking. Parking near Hamilton can be challenging during school events. Please allow additional time to park and enter the building before your scheduled start time.

Classroom visits for all grades will take place from 6:35 – 8:00 PM, with 10 minutes in each class and 5 minutes to transition between classrooms. Students will complete a classroom visit schedule in advisory next week for families to bring to Curriculum Night. If you forget to bring it or your student misplaces it, our counselors will be available in the commons to help you get another copy.

• Period 1: 6:35 pm to 6:45 pm
• Period 2: 6:50 pm to 7:00 pm
• Period 3: 7:05 pm to 7:15 pm
• Period 4: 7:20 pm to 7:30 pm
• Period 5: 7:35 pm to 7:45 pm
• Period 6: 7:50 pm to 8:00 pm

PTSA representatives will be near the main office to answer questions and assist with membership sign-ups.
